There's something special about finding a piece of furniture that feels like it was made for your space. At Plüm, we spend a lot of time thinking about that — and we want your experience on our website to feel just as considered.

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions that apply when you visit buyplum.com.au. They're written to be clear and fair, not to catch you out. By continuing to use our website, you're agreeing to them — so please take a moment to read through.

Plüm - a brand of Plum Home is operated by JYS Apex Pty Ltd ("Plüm", "we", "us" or "our"). We sell furniture for the home, and this website is our primary shopfront. References to "you" or "your" mean anyone who visits or uses our website.

A note before you continue: please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information. It forms part of the overall agreement between us.

 

1.  Using Our Website

Our website exists so you can discover our furniture collections, learn about our pieces, and make purchases. We've built it with care, and we ask that you use it with care in return.

You may browse and shop for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse our website — which means you will not:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, our systems, or the accounts of other users

You're welcome to view and engage with our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may save or print pages to help you decide on a purchase. Beyond that, you may not:

  • Reproduce, republish, upload, post or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent
  • Use our name, logo, or trade marks in any way that suggests association with or endorsement by Plüm

  • Dimensions are provided as a guide; minor variations can occur in handcrafted or natural-material pieces
  • Product availability and pricing may change without notice

To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we make no warranty that the information on our website is always complete, accurate or current. If you spot something that doesn't look right, please let us know — we appreciate it.

When you share feedback or a review with us, please keep it honest, kind and your own. Specifically, your feedback must not:

You retain ownership, but we can use it freely in connection with our business. We won't claim it as our own work.

Occasionally we may offer a small thank-you — like a discount code — in exchange for leaving a review. Any such offer is available regardless of whether your review is positive or negative, and we will always make this arrangement clear to readers.

If you breach these Terms and we suffer a loss as a result — including any claim brought against us by a third party — you agree to indemnify us and cover our reasonable costs, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
