Promotion Terms

A well-chosen piece of furniture deserves a great deal — and we love finding ways to make that happen. From time to time, Plüm runs promotions, offers discounts, and rewards the people who share us with others.

This page sets out the terms that apply to our Competitions, Offers and Referral Rewards. By entering a Competition, taking up an Offer, or participating in a Reward program, you agree to these Promotion Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Where a specific promotion has its own additional terms, those additional terms take precedence over this page to the extent of any inconsistency. We'll always make sure you can see any additional terms at the point of entry or redemption.

These Promotion Terms apply to Australian residents only. Plüm - a brand of Plum Home is operated by JYS Apex Pty Ltd ("Plüm", "we", "us" or "our").


1.  Competitions

From time to time, Plüm runs competitions — on our website, via email, or across our social media channels. Details of how to enter, prizes available, and any entry restrictions will be published at the point of entry or in the relevant post or communication.

General competition conditions

Unless stated otherwise in the specific competition terms, the following conditions apply to all Plüm competitions:

  • Competitions are open to Australian residents aged 18 and over
  • Employees of Plüm, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in running the competition are not eligible to enter
  • Prizes are as described in the specific competition terms — no cash alternatives will be offered
  • Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with an alternative of equivalent value at our discretion
  • Prizes are personal to the winner and cannot be transferred, exchanged or on-sold
  • By entering a competition, you grant us permission to use your entry in the same way we use customer feedback — see our Website Terms for more detail

Current Plüm competitions, where active, will be listed below or linked from our website.

 

2.  Offers

Plüm occasionally makes promotional offers available — including sales, discount codes, and gift-with-purchase arrangements. The terms specific to each offer will be set out at the time the offer is made. Unless those terms say otherwise, the conditions below apply to all Plüm offers.

General offer conditions

  • Discount codes may only be used once per order and cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes unless explicitly stated
  • If you receive a complimentary or bonus product as part of an offer, that product is not eligible for a change-of-mind return and cannot be refunded or exchanged for store credit
  • If you return a product purchased under an offer, you will be refunded only the amount you paid for that product — the offer cannot be reapplied to a future purchase
  • Where a bonus or complimentary product was included in your order, it must also be returned if you return the primary product it was paired with
  • Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by any of the above conditions

Current offers

Welcome Email Offer

This offer is available to new Plüm customers who sign up to receive our email marketing communications. Upon signing up, eligible customers will receive a unique discount code by email.

The offer is available to Australian residents who have not previously made a purchase from Plüm. The value of the discount — whether a percentage off or a fixed dollar amount — will be confirmed in the welcome email. The code may only be redeemed once, as part of the customer's first order, and is not valid in conjunction with any sale or other promotion. Certain exclusions apply, including gift cards and delivery charges. Plüm reserves the right to suspend or withdraw this offer at any time.

Partner and influencer offers

From time to time, Plüm works with selected partners and content creators to make exclusive discount codes available to their audiences. These codes will be valid for the period specified in the relevant post or communication, and are available to Australian residents only.

Partner codes provide a fixed dollar saving applied at checkout, subject to a minimum cart value. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions and do not apply to delivery charges or gift cards. Full terms will be available at the point of promotion. Plüm reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any partner offer at any time.

 

3.  Referral Rewards — Share the Love

Found a Plüm piece you love? We'd love it if you shared us with someone who'd appreciate it just as much. Our referral program is a small way of saying thank you.

How it works

When you refer a friend or family member to Plüm and they make their first qualifying purchase, they'll receive a discount on their order — and you'll receive a thank-you reward in return. Details of the current referral reward values are set out below and on our website.

Eligibility — for the person referring

  • You must be an existing Plüm customer with a valid account
  • You will receive your reward once the person you referred has completed a qualifying first purchase and not returned their products within the applicable return window
  • Each referrer may earn a maximum of 10 referral rewards
  • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and any other attempt to game the program are not permitted and will be voided

Eligibility — for the person being referred

  • The person you refer must be a new Plüm customer who has not previously made a purchase from us
  • Their purchase must meet the minimum spend threshold specified in the current referral offer terms (excluding delivery charges and gift card purchases)
  • The referral discount cannot be applied to purchases already made, or combined with other promotion codes or offers

How to refer

You can access your unique referral link through your Plüm account or through our referral page. Share your link with the person you'd like to refer — they'll receive an invitation with their discount code. Once they complete a qualifying purchase and the return window has passed, your reward will be issued automatically to the email address associated with your account.

Rewards

Current referral reward values — for both the referrer and the person being referred — are published on our website and may be updated from time to time. Rewards issued as gift cards or vouchers are subject to any terms and conditions of the relevant provider.

Privacy and spam

By participating in our referral program, you confirm that you have the permission of the person you're referring to share their contact details with us. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and expect all participants to do the same. Sending unsolicited messages using our referral tools is not permitted and may result in removal from the program.

 

4.  General

These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Plüm reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any competition, offer or reward program at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

Participation in any Plüm promotion constitutes acceptance of these Promotion Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. Where a promotion involves the collection of personal information, that information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Plüm's decisions in relation to all aspects of its competitions and promotions are final. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms or acts in a way that is fraudulent, dishonest or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
